What do I need to rent a car in Mauritius?

A driving licence held for at least one year and your passport. Minimum age is 21. An international permit is not required if your licence is in English or French.

Do you deliver to the airport?

Yes, at any hour, at no charge. Send your flight number and we will be at arrivals when you land. Returns work the same way.

What insurance is included?

Every car is covered by a fully comprehensive policy with a clearly stated excess. A reduced-excess option is available on request.

How do I pay?

Card or cash, in euro or rupees. Many guests pay a deposit to hold the car and settle the balance at handover.

Can I extend the rental once I am here?

Usually yes. Message us as early as you can and we will confirm whether the car is free and what the extra days cost.
